Shipping Information: We ship all orders within one day, except custom cut order, which we will ship within a two days or more depending on the time involved in the customizing of the mat. For same day expedited shipping call us during the week days @ 800-470-6350 between 8:30am and 4:30 pm est.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: We will refund your entire money if the product we supply is defective. We will charge a 25% restocking fee for returns for any other reason than a defective product, you will have to pay for the shipping cost back to us. On custom ordered mats we do accept returns only if the mat we sent to you is not according to the size you had mentioned in your order. Any other reason we do not refund custom ordered mats.
